As the season changes, I love filling our home with familiar aromas, and for our family, that means pumpkin bread. Each season, I bake a few bundt cakes to bring to holiday gatherings or to share with friends, family, or neighbors. This year, I’ll be delivering them in a gorgeous reusable tie gift bag that perfectly fits two mini bundt cakes!

Let’s get started!

Instructions:

Download the free gift bag pattern by Cotton and Bourbon.
Prepare your materials: Iron the Pumpkin Spice fabric and cut pieces according to the template. Pro-tip: If your ruler isn’t large enough, use two acrylic rulers positioned side by side to achieve the desired size. (See image below.)
Cut the template pieces: Another pro-tip is to use an 18mm rotary cutter for cutting curves. The smaller rotary blade helps with precision. (See image below.)
Assemble the bag: Follow the instructions carefully.

Ta-da! You did it! Even if there are a few blemishes in your construction, remember, it’s the thought that counts. Your friends, family, and neighbors will appreciate your festive fabric, beautiful craftsmanship, reusable bag, and the yummy treats inside.
