Wild Majesty Quilt Gets a Spooky Makeover with Trick or Treat Fabrics

Hi friends, It’s Sandy from Thai Charm LLC here. While Halloween may still be months away, it’s never too early to start planning your seasonal quilts! The Trick or Treat fabric collection by Lisa Audit is the perfect way to get a head start. With playful prints of witches, scarecrows, and ghosts, plus a gorgeous palette of dusk, black, orange, cream, and plum, this collection brings just the right amount of spooky charm to the Wild Majesty quilt.

What I love about this quilt is how quickly it comes together. The piecing techniques are simple yet effective. Flying Geese and strip piecing make it easy to build the blocks without over-complicating things. These techniques not only keep the quilt construction straightforward but also create a beautiful design with plenty of movement. It’s the perfect project for anyone who wants to make something striking without spending too much time at the sewing machine

I’ll admit, I struggled a bit with finding the perfect binding for this quilt. With so many prints throughout, I didn’t want to settle for a solid fabric. After some thought, I went with chenille-it binding. It may look like a solid at first, but it adds such a lovely texture and a magical fluffiness to the edges. It’s the perfect finishing touch for this quilt! If you’re curious about how to use chenille-it binding, check out the quick tutorial reel HERE.

I’m so excited to share this Halloween project with you! Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been quilting for a while, this Wild Majesty quilt with Trick or Treat fabric is a fun and easy way to bring some spooky charm into your fall.
