Forever Neverland – Resurgence Quilt

Hi fellow creatives! Luci here from Sea Garden Sewing, and writing to share my newest upcoming pattern design created with Jill Howarth’s Forever Neverland! Jill Howarth is an amazingly talented designer and her whimsical patterns spark so much creativity and delight.

My newest upcoming pattern, Resurgence Quilt, is fat-quarter friendly, so I narrowed down the prints to my favorite ten:

It was so hard to narrow down the prints and colorways! I decided to go with a dark blue solid for the background- I’ve been trying to branch out more from just using white for my backgrounds.

With so many half-square triangles to trim, I found myself especially grateful for a new rotary cutter blade and a rotating cutting mat.

When I went to lay out my blocks for construction, I got a visit from my sewing assistant Maggie and had an impromptu belly-rub session 🙂

Here’s the finished quilt top!

The Resurgence Quilt pattern hasn’t been released yet, but I anticipate on getting the pattern written and released in May or June. I’m already working on a second quilt top!
