Ruffle Pillows with Americana Fabric -

Hi! Charise here from Charise Creates sharing the latest projects I made with the new line of fabric “Americana” designed by Lori Holt.

Americana is a patriotic themed fabric in red, pink, yellow and blue with a nod to vintage feedsack style prints including florals and geometrics.

I designed a new quilting block – Florettte – which uses both curved piecing and appliqué. The Florette Block is 12″ square.

I thought the Florette Block would be a perfect as a center piece for a sweet ruffle pillow. The finished size of the pillow is 16″ but can be customized to the size you need.

My Florette Pillow needed a friend, so I made a simple patchwork pillow using my favorite color combo of pink and yellow, and I love how Springy it looks!
