Hop Around the Valley 2024 Shop Hop
Is there anything more fun than getting together with your quilty friends and participating in a Shop Hop? If you’ve never done one, you are missing out! It’s such a fun experience.
Today we are delighted to share with you all the details for the 2024 Hop Around the Valley! The Phoenix Area Quilt Shop Association Shop Hop will be held Fri., Oct. 11th through Sat., Oct. 19th. There are 9 stores participating and they are spread all across the Valley.
The Details:
In order to participate in the Shop Hop, each person must purchase a passport for $10 from any of the participating shops. You can purchase as many as you’d like. The more you purchase, the higher your chance to win a prize! You will receive your passport and a map of all the stores in a plastic sleeve and a chance to win one of several prizes. Passports go on sale starting Fri. Aug. 16th for $10 each.
Each store will be doing a demo of a quilting/sewing product or notion that will be available for purchase during the Shop Hop. The attendees need to watch the demo and get their passport stamped. The demos are held all throughout the day.
The Prizes:
There are 3 grand prizes – a Bernina sewing machine, a large gift basket filled with sewing notions, etc. and a $100 gift certificate to the shop of your choice!
There are 27 other prizes – each store has a bountiful gift basket and 2 – $50 gift certificates to their store.
If you go to every store during the week of Shop Hop, you turn in your stamped passport at the last store you visit and you are entered into the 1st drawing for a chance to win one of the 3 grand prize and the 27 other storewide prizes.
If you choose to just go to some of the stores and not all, you turn in your passport at the last store you visit and you are entered into the drawing for a chance to win one of the 27 prizes.
