Customer Care Representative – Remote Role based in SLC, Utah Area

Remote Technical Pattern Editor

Independent Contractor Position | Full-Time | Start Date: Jul 8, 2024

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Quilt Pattern Editor to join the Pattern Department team at Riley Blake Designs.  The successful candidate will edit a variety of quilt patterns and assets and work directly under our Pattern Manager to ensure all RBD patterns are technically edited for quilt math, fabric requirements, consistency and ease of use.  Patterns include but are not limited to, Boxed kits, paid patterns, BOM programs, designer patterns, notion patterns, panel patterns and free patterns.  Candidates should be well-versed in a wide variety of quilting, sewing and piecing techniques. Experience working on multiple technical edits and projects with various deadlines and timelines is imperative.

Remote Sales Team Openings

We’re looking to grow our team of talented Sales Representatives in Nebraska/Kansas, North Texas/Oklahoma, and South Texas/Louisiana.

Sales Representative – In-House Position

In addition to hiring in the regions listed above, we are also looking for a full-time, in-house sales representative! Riley Blake Designs is based in Utah and we are hopeful for a candidate in our area. However, this position is remote, but may require some travel. You may need to travel to visit customers according to our fabric collection release schedule. Travel expenses are paid.

Revenue Enhancement Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Revenue Enhancement Specialist to help us generate additional revenue from existing and future inventory. Working with Sales, Design and Operations, you will develop and execute exclusive products for key accounts and other specific customers. A working knowledge of the quilting industry is strongly preferred.
