Geo Dreams Baby Quilt using Elmer and Eloise

Hi friends, it’s Amy from Ritual Quilt Company. The beginning of spring means that there’s new life everywhere, so what better time to sew up a baby quilt? The new Elmer and Eloise collection by Deena Rutter is absolutely dreamy. I love the way the collection mixes cool and warm colors while remaining gender neutral.

For this project, it was very difficult to narrow down fabric choices! Ultimately, I chose to work with Latte Woodgrain, Tea Green Mushrooms, and Main Latte. It goes without saying that the bears are adorable, but did you notice the sweet little mushrooms? They make the sweetest background.

The Geo Dreams baby quilt finishes at 36″ x 40″ and uses strip piecing to create nine-patch blocks with modernized dimensions. I was inspired to create a design that would complement the timeless charm of Elmer and Eloise. You can find the pattern in my shop here.
